• Aalayaa Jewellery will not pass on any personal, credit card/ debit card details to any third- party. You understand that any personal content (but not including any of your credit or debit card details) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to confirm and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit or debit card information will always be encrypted on transfer.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Please see the products thoroughly whether it may suit your requirements or not. After choosing the product, you may have some circumstances like the jewelry does not suit you, size is big or small, you may have exchanged the matching dress due to some defect and because of that you may have to exchange the matching jewelry, the jewelry you are purchasing may be used once only and because of that you want to return it or exchange etc.
• That you have already seen our return policy and accept with the content.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. However, if its confirmed that the exact product shown in picture is sent, we will not be able to process any return or refund request because due to practical difficulties we do not take returns.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

• We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labor disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
PRODUCTS
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. Though the sizes mentioned with the products are strictly adhered to but there can be variation felt by customer between 1-2 inches as the way/placement of measurement of the garments can be different.
Transit Damage cases will be dealt with on a case to case basis and replacements will be provided on if the case be deemed fit for replacement by Aalayaa Jewellery
All Transit Damages need to be reported within 24 hours of the product being delivered. Customer is required to send an email with a clear picture of the product and the packaging on support@aalayaajewellery.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Apart from Transit Damages, Aalayaa jewellery holds no responsibility for wear, and tear and polish warranty any other kind of damage to the product once delivered.
